Pilgrim’s is hiring an entry-level sanitation team member in the United States. You will clean and sanitize equipment, production areas, and facilities to meet USDA and company sanitation requirements, following procedures and PPE guidance to ensure safety and quality.

Some weekend overtime may be required. This hourly role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry, food industry, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment, good communication, attention to detail, team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas according to standards.
• Prepare, mix, and apply cleaning chemicals with PPE.
• Inspect areas after sanitation and report issues.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment.
