Qualifications

• Sanitation experience preferred.

• Follows GMPs, Food Safety and SSOPs per assignments.
• Must be able to use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and coordinate with planner to meet the schedule.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and facilities.
• Prevent cross contamination of products and surfaces.
• Follow all sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before supervisor approval.
• Complete sanitation and SQF documentation.
• Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools.
• Maintains sanitation equipment including floor scrubbers, vacuums, others.
• Performs other duties as assigned by sanitation supervisor.
