BAILY INTERNATIONAL LLC in Granite City, IL is hiring an entry-level sanitation team member for a 3rd shift in a food production facility. You will deep-clean equipment and spaces, follow precise cleaning procedures, and support daily sanitation schedules alongside your team.

No prior sanitation experience is required; we provide training on chemicals, equipment, and standards. This role emphasizes safety, physical activity, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Deep-clean and sanitize the equipment, tools, floors, and spaces that keep our food-safety standards among the best in the industry
• Follow clear, documented cleaning procedures — we'll show you exactly what "done right" looks like
• Help keep the plant running smoothly by keeping shared spaces (break areas, docks, restrooms) clean and organized
• Work alongside your team and supervisor to knock out the daily and weekly sanitation schedule

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• No experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role (this one keeps you moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, and more)
• Someone who takes safety seriously and follows procedures
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Good to Know Before You Apply

This role works overnight/3rd shift in a food production environment, which means some conditions come with the territory: temperatures that can run cold or hot, wet or humid work areas, and time spent around moving equipment. We equip you with full protective gear (safety footwear, smock, hairnet, safety glasses, and more) and train you on safe practices from day one, but we want you to know what to expect going in.
