Job summary

Tulkoff Food Products Ohio LLC is seeking a Sanitation Technician for the Cincinnati facility to ensure sanitation across production areas in accordance with quality control standards. The role requires hands-on cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, adherence to GMPs, and safety compliance.

The position supports overnight operations and involves assembling and disassembling equipment, maintaining clean processing areas, and documenting sanitation procedures per SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• May be required to stoop and/or climb as needed.
• Must be able to operate production equipment to facilitate cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble production, blending and grinding equipment.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment utilizing SOPs, proper chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure proper dilution and application of chemicals.
• Document sanitation procedures on appropriate forms.
• Clean and sanitize areas of the facility to include floors, bathrooms, warehouses, etc.
• Continually monitor equipment cleanliness to ensure product safety and quality.
• Follow all GMPs and company rules as depicted in the employee handbook and SOPs.
• Operate in a safe manner during all activities and advise supervision of any safety or security issues or breeches.

Summary: The primary role of the Sanitation Technician is to ensure overall facility sanitation in compliance with quality control standards.
