Job summary

Trillium Foods Cincinnati is seeking a dependable Sanitation Technician to help keep our food production facility clean and safe. This full-time, overnight role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, drains, and restrooms; following cleaning schedules; reporting damaged equipment and safety concerns; and collaborating with Production and Quality teams to maintain a safe facility.

Qualifications

Trillium Foods Cincinnati is hiring a dependable Sanitation Technician to help keep our food production facility clean and safe.

Please note: This position involves cleaning and sanitizing food production equipment inside a manufacturing plant. This is not a pool-cleaning, residential-cleaning, or housekeeping position.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize food production equipment.
• Clean floors, walls, drains, restrooms, and work areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Follow daily cleaning instructions and schedules.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas clean.
• Help with detailed cleaning when production equipment is shut down.
• Report damaged equipment and safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Work with the Production and Quality teams to maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Complete required sanitation records.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled.
• Comfortable working overnight.
• Able to work in hot and wet areas.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous sanitation, manufacturing, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule

Sunday through Thursday
11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Candidates must be available to work the entire scheduled shift. Occasional overtime or additional hours may be required based on production needs.
