Job summary

Dot Foods in Bear, Delaware is seeking a full-time Warehouse Sanitation Associate to keep the warehouse clean using electric and manual equipment and to manage waste and recycling across zones.

You must lift up to 60 pounds, pass a physical abilities test, and work in a fast-paced environment with indoor and outdoor areas, including cold zones. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k and profit-sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) or equivalent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Use electric and manual equipment to maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Manage garbage and recycling throughout the assigned zone
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Experience with operating material handling equipment

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Schedule: Days/Night - FT
  
• You’ll be on your feet and working both outdoors and indoors at zones throughout the warehouse floor including the frozen warehouse (-5 degrees Fahrenheit). Equipment, materials, and proper PPE will be provided.
