Job summary

Premium Production is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to keep production rooms and equipment clean, safe, and ready to run on schedule. You will guide a small team on heavy machinery disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly per SOPs and cGMP.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, QA coordination for room releases, and maintaining logs. Requires 40-hour week, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with powders; previous cGMP sanitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in sanitation with cGMP or FDA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production machinery per SOPs.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor shift progress.
• Inspect equipment with QA for release.
• Maintain logs per 21 CFR Part 111/117 and ensure compliance.
• Train teammates on safety, disassembly, and cleaning standards.
• Troubleshoot sanitation equipment and report issues.
• Enforce PPE and sanitation standards on the floor.
