Qualifications

• Must have a valid degree or relevant experience in sanitation management.
• Certified in Meat & Poultry HACCP and Seafood HACCP.
• Experience with HACCP and SSOP manuals preparation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation associates to ensure effective cleaning practices.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office

Moderate mechanical skills
