Job summary

ACH Food Companies in Summit, IL is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations including FDA, SQF and GMP. This position oversees sanitation processes during the overnight shifts and includes maintaining sanitation records and directing the cleaning of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of hands-on Sanitation Supervisor experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to adapt based on audience.

• Supervises sanitation employees and manages the internal sanitation program.
• Implements procedures to maintain/improve quality, efficiency and safety.
