McKee Foods in Collegedale, TN is hiring a Sanitation Specialist to clean manufacturing areas and equipment per the Master Sanitation System. You'll help prevent bacteria growth and mold, rotate between areas, and train new staff on cleaning procedures.

The role involves working in hot ovens and cold freezers, handling chemicals and lifting 20–50 lbs, with safety gear and standing heights up to 40 feet. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean various areas and equipment in manufacturing facilities following the Master Sanitation System.
• Rotate between different areas using high‑pressure cleaning systems.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and ensure equipment is sanitized during changeovers.
• Prepare for loud environments and exposure to machinery; follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
• Be prepared for hot ovens, cold freezers, and lifting 20‑50 lbs; work at heights up to 40 feet.
