Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Experience in sanitation, cleaning, or janitorial roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms and production areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste; follow environmental regulations.
• Dilute and handle cleaning chemicals; proper labeling and storage.
• Clean and maintain cleaning equipment; report malfunctions.
• Follow safety policies; use PPE; report hazards to supervisors.
• Conduct routine sanitation inspections and address issues with teams.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify shortages.
• Document sanitation logs and checklists; report deviations from procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure sanitation standards across areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve sanitation processes and implement improvements.
