Job summary

Fortrex is seeking a Site Supervisor for our sanitation operations. You will oversee hourly Sanitors and Lead Persons to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant facility in our food processing environment.

The role requires leadership, 6+ months sanitation experience, and proficiency with MS Office. It entails on‑site work in a wet, hot, or cold plant setting with PPE. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Sanitation experience of 6+ months in a food plant.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Able to wear PPE and work in extreme environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation staff daily in designated areas.
• Direct the work of sanitors and lead persons.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Assign workloads and evaluate performance.
• Assist Site Manager with training programs.
• Report and investigate accidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
