Job summary

Tulkoff Foods seeks a Sanitation Manager to organize, direct, and improve sanitation programs at the Cincinnati plant. You will partner with QC and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant cleaning, manage audits, and maintain CIP logs and SSOPs.

Qualifications

• Five years of food manufacturing sanitation experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, and third-party audits (SQF preferred).
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, allergen control and food microbiology.
• Ability to manage sanitation teams, audits and sanitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise sanitation crew and oversee sanitation programs for the plant.
• Regularly audit and review sanitation MSS and procedures.
• Collaborate with QC Manager and chemical suppliers to ensure proper sanitation processes.
• Create and implement sanitation SOPs (SSOPs) and maintain CIP logs.
• Monitor food safety compliance and facility security; maintain testing results.
