Job summary

Wholesale Produce Supply, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a part-time sanitation professional to join our team. You will help develop and refine sanitation SOPs, clean production equipment and facilities, and monitor sanitation effectiveness to ensure food safety and operational standards are met.

Schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 7:30am with occasional Saturdays; benefits include medical, dental, FSA, life/STD insurance, 401K and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Understand, develop, and refine sanitation SSOPs in order to develop training capability, as well as implementing best practices
• Cleaning and Sanitizing of production equipment, and the entire facility
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of sanitation
• Identify, report, and problem solve conditions or practices that may compromise food safety or overall sanitation effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned by management

POSITION SUMMARY:

Wholesale Produce Supply's may have just the part time job you are looking for! We have two openings! If you have the qualifications and competencies we are looking for, we will train the perfect candidate.

POSITION SPECIFICS

• Compensation Information: $17/hour
• Schedule/Shift Information: Monday through Friday 7:30am until finished, occasional Saturdays.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, FSA, Life/STD Insurance, 401K and Paid time off.

• Understand, develop, and refine sanitation SSOPs in order to develop training capability, as well as implementing best practices
• Cleaning and Sanitizing of production equipment, and the entire facility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Previous sanitation experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to stand, walk, twist, turn, bend, the entire shift
• Lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to wear personal protection equipment (PPE)- Masks, goggles, aprons, hairnets, boots
• Must be able to work 35-38 degree temperatures
