Maintain safe and sanitary conditions throughout the store in adherence to company standards and health department regulations. Clean and maintain exterior front entrance and sidewalk conditions, practice safe food handling procedures, and provide customer service. Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to read a technical manual, retain, and comprehend information.
• Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division.
• Reading and writing skills to complete forms.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively.
• Utilize safety awareness and practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Provide customer service and communicate effectively with store associates.
• Operate equipment for cleaning and maintaining store conditions.
• Perform cleaning duties including restrooms, walls, vents, ceilings, and equipment.
• Manage minor maintenance tasks and safety protocols.
• Handle snow removal and ice melt spreading as needed.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary.
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
