Job summary

Bel Brands in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Sanitation Operator for the C or D shift. The role involves cleaning, sanitation, and CIP on high-speed production equipment, plus some janitorial tasks.

You’ll work Sunday–Tuesday with alternating Wednesdays, or Thursday–Saturday with alternating Wednesdays, on a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (C) or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (D) schedule and enjoy a $4 shift differential on D. Key duties include CIP/COP sanitation, tank cleaning, equipment maintenance, GMP audits participation,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with CIP/COP in the food industry is preferred.
• Ability to operate sanitation programs and touch screen controls.
• Good communication in English and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP sanitation procedures during end-of-week shutdowns.
• Perform COP sanitation according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Clean and sanitize tanks and process areas per procedures.
• Open/close equipment components to complete sanitation tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with GMP audits and paperwork.
• Detect equipment issues and ensure proper safety and GMP practices.
