Job summary

Rite Stuff Foods in Jerome, Idaho seeks a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain CIP/COP systems. The role calls for training, scheduling, and coordinating with production to uphold food safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of sanitation experience in the food industry, English/Spanish bilingual ability, and 3rd shift availability (including Sundays).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 5 years of food-industry sanitation experience.
• Experience with chemicals, pest control and sanitation equipment; knowledge of CIP and COP equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills; MS Office/Excel a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3rd shift including Sundays; hours may vary by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct sanitation team, including training and coaching.
• Maintain GMPs and sanitation program to comply with inspections.
• Update SSOPs to meet OSHA and sanitation regulations.
• Manage sanitation chemicals, pest control, and CIP/COP processes.
• Keep records and ensure equipment is clean and functioning.
• Perform ATP testing and provide backup support to production.
• Shift includes Sundays; 3rd shift.
