Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any field.
• Six (6) years of experience in Capital budget development, Operating budget development, Full-cost recovery analysis, Accounting, Accounts payable.
• Three (3) years of supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Equivalency: associate degree + 8 years with 3 years supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages the business administration activities for the Sanitation department; provides leadership, manages staff, and delegates tasks.
• Identifies training needs and institutes changes to improve operations; monitors tracking systems and information systems.
• Provides technical guidance to personnel; oversees workload, licensing, and accuracy of business functions.
• Develops and implements budget and resource allocation; tracks revenues and expenditures and collaborates to identify funding needs.
• Represents the program area at meetings, hearings, and conferences; serves on boards and panels.
