• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to support sanitation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct all sanitation activities to meet company, customer, regulatory, and food safety requirements.
• Lead audits with internal, customer, SQF/BRC, FDA, and other regulators; ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop and deliver sanitation training; monitor performance with key metrics and corrective actions.
• Manage sanitation budget, inventory, and procurement; collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and R&D.
