Job summary

Simulacra, a leader in Food & Beverage manufacturing, is seeking a Sanitation Manager. This full-time position involves overseeing sanitation operations, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, offering a competitive salary within a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including managing a team.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift plus weekends as needed.
• Experience in a Food & Beverage manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over the sanitation team.
• Conduct training on sanitation procedures, quality, safety, and chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HAACP, PPE, USDA, FDA, SQF, and OSHA.
• Maintain sanitation logs and reporting.
• Establish sanitation SOPs and KPIs.

Position Overview
