Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, safe chemical handling, lockout/tagout, SDS, OSHA.
• 2-3 years sanitation/supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, varying shifts.
• Must pass a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Direct & participate in cleaning and sanitation of the plant and equipment to ensure proper methods and compliance with standards.
• Inspect and verify the work performed.
• Follow GMPs, chemical use, sanitary procedures, and company policies.
• Participate as essential QA team member ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Establish and update cleaning schedules and sanitation programs.
