Primex Farms, LLC is seeking a Sanitation II in Wasco, CA to perform advanced cleaning and sanitation throughout the pistachio processing facility. The role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, allergen controls, and safety standards while maintaining a clean production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of sanitation experience, and may be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one (1) year of sanitation experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Read and follow chemical labels to ensure safe application, use, and disposal.
• Clean and sanitize equipment using approved chemicals, sanitation chemicals, and power washers.
• Clean facility floors, overhead structures, conveyors, and hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Gather and empty trash containers throughout the facility.
• Document inspection and sanitation results accurately and timely.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen controls, and food safety standards.
• Wear required PPE at all times while performing assigned duties.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments to support facility operations.
