About Us

We supply quick service restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores, and universities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas inside and outside the bread manufacturing plant, including equipment, machinery, and grounds.
• Use chemicals properly, including spraying insecticides or other chemicals when necessary.
• Adhere to food safety standards developed by H&S Bakery.
• Follow instructions for work assignments and daily tasks.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Work in various environments, including wet or dusty conditions.
• Proficiently operate plant touch screens and follow CIP procedures.
• Operate equipment such as pressure washers, chemical formers, electric floor machines, vacuums.
• Lift heavy bags and boxes, push carts up to 500 lbs.
• Read and understand labels on cleaning products and sanitizers.
• Use cleaning tools safely and properly, including squeegees, mops, brooms, scrapers, paint brushes, and rollers.
• Use ladders and lifts safely to clean overhead areas and silos outside.

Safety & Sanitation

• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in accident investigations.
• Promote safety in all operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and follow GMPs.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Move throughout the plant and reach, bend, climb, push, and pull as needed.
• Work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and crawl under equipment.
• Manipulate sanitation tools with dexterity.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Wear protective clothing for extended periods.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
