Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in our New York dairy facility to lead the sanitation team and ensure a food-safe environment for daily operations.

You will direct sanitation activities, maintain GMPs and SSOPs, coordinate CIP systems, and drive continual improvement in sanitation and food safety programs while working closely with operations and QA teams. Qualifications include a science degree and at least 3 years in food sanitation supervision, with CIP, HACCP

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in food sanitation supervision, preferably in the food or dairy manufacturing industry.
• Experience with CIP processing systems.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation policies, procedures and requirements.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and SQF type programs a plus.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sanitation team and ensure GMP compliance.
• Direct daily sanitation activities within the facility.
• Maintain sanitation programs and SSOPs, update Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Coordinate with chemical suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance.
