Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Melrose, MA seeks a Maintenance Team Member to uphold store cleanliness and safety. You will perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks, support cleaning projects, and assist with minor repairs while following store SOPs.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand 6–8 hours, and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to ensure high standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; completes trainings and meetings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
