Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across the floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will follow SOPs, assist various teams with cleaning, and report hazards promptly, while supporting store programs and initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 6–8 hours, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Maintains general cleanliness and safety across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs tasks on daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects and minor repairs.

• Prepares station on time and attends trainings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
