Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Ardmore, PA is seeking entry-level Maintenance Team Members to keep the store clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, support floor teams, and assist with minor repairs and landscaping upkeep.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 6–8 hours daily are expected. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and courteous service to customers and staff.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 6–8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplied required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Helps maintain the store’s landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
