Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help with cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, following daily schedules, reporting hazards, and communicating professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and safety/task training certification; forklift cert may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction from supervision.
• Communicate with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers professionally.
• Fill in during staff shortages.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and environment.
