Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. in Leesburg, VA seeks a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning operations and ensure sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety policies while communicating with supervisors and teammates in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 months experience or training and may need safety certifications. This on-site role offers predictable shifts and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
