Job summary

Southern Specialties is seeking a Sanitation Cleaner for the evening shift to maintain a clean and safe production environment. You will sanitize all production areas and keep machines clean to prevent contamination and support quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cleaning or sanitation experience in a food production setting, and flexibility to work 6pm–3am Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of all areas within the production areas.

• Follow established sanitation protocols and guidelines to maintain compliance with food safety procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
