Foster Farms in Washington state is seeking a dedicated production team member for night shifts. This role focuses on sanitation, safety, and efficient cleaning of the facility to ensure readiness for production.

You will follow supervisor directions, operate pallet jacks, and adhere to USDA standards while maintaining clean work areas. Qualifications include on-time attendance, safety habits, pallet jack certification, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Sanitation is responsible for cleaning the facility (inside and out) on a nightly basis. As such adherence to company safety and attendance policies is critical.
• Perform assigned tasks and follow instructions from Supervision and/or Lead personnel including Safe application of chemicals and high pressure hot (140 F) water to clean and sanitize processing equipment.
• Sanitize assigned plant area(s) on time and in accordance with Pre-Operations inspection by Quality Control and USDA standards in assigned area(s), so they are ready for release for Production.
• Keep the non-production areas clean and orderly including breakrooms, bathrooms, smoking areas, parking lot, and all other areas that is deemed necessary by Supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision and/or Lead personnel.
• Make suggestions on how we can improve our process.

Pay rate starts at $19.00 per hour with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain pallet jack certificate.
• Ability to operate pallet jack in safe manner.
• Physically capable to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, and lifting between 10 -80 lbs.
• Ability to stand on concrete floor or metal standfor prolonged periods.
• Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
