Job summary

JBS USA in Texas is seeking an entry-level Sanitation hourly production worker to clean and sanitize production areas. The role requires completing mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training as outlined for the assignment.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, work in extreme temperatures, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks with appropriate PPE and training in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, crawl for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.
