Batchline Solutions is hiring a Sanitation Associate Level 1 in Morgan Hill, CA. You will perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area, ensure GMP/USFDA standards, and support other teams with cleaning, packing, and audits.

Ideal candidates have food handling experience, strong English skills, and a proactive safety mindset. This is a fast-paced role requiring adherence to SOPs in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with food handling and sanitation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow English manuals and SOPs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area and facilities.
• Assist with sanitation on production lines per SOP/SSOPs.
• Maintain GMP compliance and record daily activities.
• Service restrooms and keep floors clean and safe.
• Support other teams with packing, auditing, and training as needed.
