Kahiki Foods - CJ Foods Affiliate in Stilwell, OK is seeking a sanitation associate for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment, with a 1st shift from 6a to 6p. Starting pay is competitive with additional shift differentials for evenings, and the role emphasizes safe cleaning of equipment and adherence to GMPs.

You will work on sanitation routines, disassembly/reassembly of equipment, and documentation of chemical use to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with 0–1 year of related experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of facility cleaning procedures and compliance with safety standards (OSHA, local, state, and federal) and GMPs.
• Ability to follow regulatory, customer, and company sanitation policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses while safely cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and facility to ensure all soil and contaminates are removed per procedures.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Use and document chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications.
• Verify and document that correct chemicals and concentrations are used and that cleaning and sanitizing is complete to deliver equipment and infrastructure that is clean and passes all micro indicator tests.

What You Will Bring
