Job summary

Kettle Cuisine LLC in Lynn, MA is hiring a Sanitation Associate for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery in line with SSQQC standards. You’ll perform daily area checks, follow GMPs, assist QA with pre-op releases, use proper PPE, and communicate issues to supervisors.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, good attention to detail, and bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to GMPs.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report to supervisor.
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment as needed.
• Clean production equipment and ensure PPE is worn.
• Follow all GMP and SSQQC policies and assist QA with pre-op release.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and team members.

The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Sanitation Associate position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
