Job summary

PS Seasoning, based in Iron Ridge, WI, is seeking a self-motivated sanitation team member for the production facility. The role reports to the Food Safety Manager and focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment across production and warehouse areas.

The position requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to GMP/HACCP, with occasional weekend hours and daily paperwork responsibilities. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our sanitation team reporting to the Food Safety Manager. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

1st shift Monday - Saturday, 8 hours days

What you’ll do:

• Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitation of the production and warehouse facility


• Clean equipment and work areas, using and mixing of cleaning solutions and hand tools


• Clean up work area and trash including products, bags, boxes


• Daily tasks may include cleaning of the office area, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, at both office locations


• Performs other basic janitorial services to ensure the facility is clean and safe; tasks may include picking up trash, emptying receptacles, and stocking restrooms in the facility as required


• Complete daily paperwork accurately


• Operate forklift and skid loader to assist with duties


• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, additional hours may be required on weekends


• Other duties as assigned by food safety and quality supervisor
