Job summary

PS Seasoning, based in Iron Ridge, WI, is seeking a self-motivated sanitation team member for the production facility. The role reports to the Food Safety Manager and focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment across production and warehouse areas.

The position requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to GMP/HACCP, with occasional weekend hours and daily paperwork responsibilities. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, standing and climbing.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use hand cleaning tools such as mops, brooms and brushes.
• Ability to use power cleaning tools such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to learn cleaning procedures for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily sanitation of the production and warehouse facility.
• Clean equipment and work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Operate forklift and skid loader to assist with duties.
• Comply with GMP, HACCP and other safety programs.
• Flexibility to work weekends if needed.
• Other duties as assigned by food safety and quality supervisor.
