Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is hiring a Sanitation Associate to support the production team by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors and surfaces, removing waste, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a temperature-controlled facility.

Shifts include Wednesday to Saturday 3:30pm–2:00am, Thursday to Sunday 7:00pm–5:30am, Sunday to Wednesday 7:00am–5:30pm, and Wednesday to Saturday 7:00am–5:30pm; you must be 18+, fluent in English, with training provided on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Previous experience working in sanitation/janitorial preferred, however no experience necessary, you will receive training on your first day!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all production equipment and machinery (production machines, tables, mats, compost bins, sinks, drains, walls, and any surface that is scheduled for sanitation duties).
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitting and packing equipment and surfaces.
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and moving up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Understanding and adhering to all safety standards and requirements.

Job description

The Sanitation Associate performs typical sanitation tasks to support the production team and the entire facility up to and including removing waste, debris and refuse, transporting empty boxes to compactors, monitoring outside of facility for waste and debris, sanitizing equipment and floors at end of shifts, cleaning and sanitizing tools and receptacles and other custodial functions as needed.

Shifts Available

• Wednesday to Saturday - 3:30pm to 2:00am
• Thursday to Sunday - 7:00pm to 5:30am
• Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
• Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30pm

You are...
