Job summary

Monogram-Food-Solutions is seeking a sanitation team member to clean around production equipment, manage condensation, and keep the PPE cart stocked during the shift. You’ll follow GMP guidelines and maintain accuracy with batch papers and spec sheets.

Candidates must read, speak and understand English, work well in a team, read scales in grams/oz/lbs, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional climbs to ladders and exposure to heat, cold, and noisy environments.

  • Must read, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to read batch/spec sheets and use a calculator.
  • Team-based work mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read scales in grams/oz/lbs and use basic measuring tools.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
  • Must adhere to GMP and handwashing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Clean around machines and equipment, including condensation in production areas.
  • Keep PPE cart stocked throughout the shift.
  • Complete required paperwork and batch/spec sheet records.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack when needed.
  • Follow GMP and safety protocols; wear PPE as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in a temperature-controlled production environment.

Position Summary, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:As a Team Member in the sanitation department, one must be able to clean around the machines and equipment, which includes condensation in production areas and if something falls or is dropped on the floor. Also needs to keep PPE cart full throughout the assigned shiftDependable – must be reliable and responsible to help production start-upPays attention to details i.e paperwork (batch and spec sheets)Must be able to read and use a scale (grams, oz, lbs) and a calculatorMust have knowledge on how to use the manual pallet jackMust wear appropriate PPE (frock, gloves if necessary, ear plugs, safety shoes/boots)Must comply with all GMP i.e appropriate handwashingMust be able to perform any and all duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited to, motor/physical abilities and skills required in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
