Job summary

Kerry Group in Jackson, WI is seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation role (10P-6A) to maintain daily and weekly cleaning in the J2 department. You will operate floor scrubber and a powered man-lift, ensuring a clean and compliant production area.

• Maintain the Master Sanitation List (MSS) and uphold HACCP, allergen, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Kerry policies and contribute to quality, customer satisfaction and production goals.

About the Role:

We are looking to fill our 3rd shift (10P-6A) Sanitation role!

Our Jackson, WI facility is located just north of Milwaukee and easily commutable with easy on/off freeway access. We create dry beverage mixes products for Kerry customers. We work hard, play hard, and give back to the community we work in through our Kerry employee engagement program. We are located a commutable 20 minutes north of the Milwaukee metro area. The pay range for this position is $22 - $36 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities:

Employee will be responsible for daily/ weekly sanitation tasks in the J2 department while also contributing to the general overall condition of the plant.

• Ability to operate the floor scrubber and maintain its cleanliness (daily maintenance checklist)
• Ability to operate the powered man-lift. (Rafter cleaning)
• Completion of daily /weekly cleaning list.
• Upkeep of Master Sanitation list (MSS)(MVP)
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and relates in a positive manner when interacting with all personnel.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Understand and comply with all HACCP, allergen, environmental, regulatory and customer demands and requirements.
• Have a good understanding of the general purpose, philosophy, and direction of Kerry as a whole and, specifically, the Jackson plant as it relates to employee policies and expectations, quality, customer satisfaction, GMPs, sanitation, and production requirements.
• Maintain awareness of customer and regulatory demands and focus.
• Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
