Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. In this in-person role, you will collect data, track progress, and communicate with families and supervisors to ensure learner success.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification and CPR certification, with a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home, school, and community support.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
