Qualifications

• Previous food service, deli, or sandwich prep experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Basic food safety knowledge; Food Handler's Card a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and accuracy.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately, in-person and potentially by phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Support catering prep and packaging as needed.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the line running smoothly.
