Job description

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Sandwich Maker to Join our team.

Skills necessary to be successful:

• Communicates with Chef daily to obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements.
• Prepares items on production log, such as peeling, slicing, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables following quantity, quality, and recipes.
• Carries pans and trays of food to and from work station to front of the house, following safety standards.
• Stores prepared food in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety rotations.
• Complies with all federal, state, and local health sanitation regulations and sanitation procedures.
• Adheres to following established recipes, quantity, and quality guidelines.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use.
• Ensures the FOH is always fully stocked and works with the FOH team for any special request.
• Maintains work area clean and sanitize at all times.
• Works as part of the team with both FOH and BOH
• Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for a long period of time
• Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

We currently have an opening for Full-Time, weekends mandatory.
