Job summary

Rosetta Bakery in Miami Beach is hiring a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, operate cafe equipment, and deliver friendly service. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments via POS, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include restocking, preserving brand standards, and collaborating with team members throughout shifts. The role offers an $14/hour base pay with tips, weekly pay, and benefits such as earned paid time off after one year of employment.

Qualifications

• Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule:

We currently have openings for Full-Time in the afternoon shifts, weekends are mandatory.
