Job summary

320 Market Cafe in Swarthmore, PA is hiring a Sandwich Maker/Customer Service team member to help in a busy, family-owned shop. You will build fresh sandwiches, prep dressings, assist customers at the counter, and keep displays clean. Pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour plus pooled tips after 90 days.

Shifts are typically 7 am–3 pm or 1 pm–9 pm. One part-time and one full-time position are open with weekend availability required. Health, PTO, and 401(k) benefits are available after probation.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Answer, report, and follow leaderships' instructions.

Job Description

We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community.

Pay range $14-$18/hr + tips. Pooled tips after 90 day probationary period are generally between $4-$6/hr.
