Job summary

Cleveland Chick, LLC is hiring for a full-time kitchen/FOH role at our Tennessee location. The position emphasizes consistent performance, a cheerful attitude, teamwork, and a passion for serving guests.

Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our standards. You will work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends, with responsibilities spanning opening and closing prep, line duties, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate consistency and reliability.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Complete duties on opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Understand and comply with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Prepare all Guest orders with strict adherence to CSC standards for quality, portioning and appearance.
• Prepare all food products in accordance with CSC portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment.
• Close the line kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for line kitchen and assists others in closing the kitchen.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
• Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Management.
• Inform Management immediately of product shortages.
• Use our Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
