Job summary

Sub Station II in Smyrna, TN is hiring team members to join our kitchen and service team. We are located at 384 South Lowry St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities include making and maintaining food in line with health regulations and company standards, safely operating all equipment, and performing additional duties, including cleaning, to meet restaurant needs. Typical shifts run 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with 4–8 hour variations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• Previous experience in fast food, quick service, or casual dining is recommended but not required.
• Must exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.
• Must be able to perform basic math to handle money.

Responsibilities

• Make and maintain food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
• Operate all assigned equipment (register, meat slicer, vegetable slicer, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Perform other job-related duties, including cleaning, to meet restaurant needs.
