Responsibilities

• Store merchandising and merchandising upkeep
• Receive deliveries and check in stock
• Daily bread counts and inventory checks
• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Adhere to food safety and Health & Safety standards
• Maintain hygiene and sanitize areas per audit standards
• Carry out temperature checks and log as required
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning schedules
• Follow security procedures to prevent loss
• Handle cash and end-of-shift cash drops
• Provide a safe work environment for staff and customers
• Maintain professional appearance in SUBWAY uniform
• Collaborate with team to meet performance targets
• Complete required training as directed by the manager
