Applicants with an independent and entrepreneurial spirit are an especially great fit for the Sandwich Artist® role. Additionally, your attention to detail will deliver a sandwich neatly and in a timely manner to all customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer whether online, on the phone, or in person
• Accurate money and inventory controls – including running a Point-Of-Sale system
• Keeping a clean store – including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Opening or closing the location for the business day
• Ability to take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors.
• Tipped positions
• Frequent customer service bonuses

Short in‑person interview will be required. Pay is dependent upon experience. Initial training wage is reviewed at 30 and 60 days of employment.

Expected hours: 20-40 per week

Pay & Benefits

• $13-$16 per hour *tips included with tip rate of $2-$3/hour
