Job summary

Subway in the United States is seeking a friendly Sandwich Artist (Team Member) to be the face of the restaurant. You will greet guests, prepare fresh sandwiches, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. No prior restaurant experience is required—we provide full training!

Hourly pay ranges from $9.00 to $11.00 per hour, with a 401(k) retirement plan offered as a benefit. Duties include guest service, food prep, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide friendly service.
• Food Preparation: bake bread, prep vegetables and meats, build sandwiches as ordered.
• Cash Handling: operate POS, process payments, give correct change.
• Cleanliness: keep work area tidy, wash dishes, mop floors, maintain dining room.
• Food Safety: follow health dept. regulations and brand food safety guidelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent service with a smile.
• Food Preparation: Bake fresh bread, prep high-quality vegetables and meats, and build custom sandwiches exactly to guest orders.
• Cash Handling: Operates the point-of-sale cash register, process cash and card payments accurately, and give correct change.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work area, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and keep the dining room tidy.
• Food Safety: Follow all health department regulations and brand food safety guidelines closely
